End of the Year Social Event

Help us plan our end of the year social (no service hours)! Fill out the interest form on our weekly meeting slides to let us know if you're interested in attending, and what you want the event to be! The activity will be entirely paid for by the club.

Holi “Social” Event

March 14, 2025

What is it?: This event may be a collab with both API and Interact and together we are celebrating Holi! Holi is the celebration of colors, and in India this celebrated by colorful pigments thrown into the air and on each other! Along with different festivities!

*Wear clothes that you wouldn’t mind if they got dirty*

Where: At the trail behind River City

Time: Afterschool- 4:30pm

UC Medical Center Toy Drive

Now until March 26th

What is it?: Help us gather supplies and toys to donate to the UC Medical Center in Sacramento. Items that can be donated are crayons, socks, kids crafts, stuffed animals, rattles, ect..

-Every 3 items donated is 1 hours of service, for a maximum of 2 hours.

Where: Drof off your donations to Saephan's room before March 26th. Ensure your first and last name is visible on the bag to receive your hours. Make sure to take a picture before leaving it!

Chalk It Up

March 28, 2025 (Friday)

What is it?: There is only one shift left, and that is the art pick-up shift. Volunteers will aide teachers and students in picking up their art work. The link below only takes you to their sign up form, but you need to text the remind to sign up through Interact.

Time: 4:00 PM- 6:00 PM

Credit Union Sactown Run

April 6, 2025 (Sunday)

What is it?: An incredible race benefiting the UCD Children's Hospital. There are multiple different time slots.

Where: Capitol Mall between 3rd and 5th street

Time: 7:00 PM- 6:00 PM

Shift:

● Finish Line - help welcome athletes into the finish area,

help breakdown the finish area after the race

○ 7-10 am (1 spot only)

● Start Line -

○ Setup & Breakdown Crew

○ 6-10 am (2 spots)

○ Crowd Management, 7-10 am (1 spot only)

○ Start chute assistants, 7- 10 am (1 spot only
